Add more capabilities to our current Form Builder so we can make it an effective feature for our customers

  • Add bilingual (EN/ES) dental patient health history form spec and creation script
  • Add project description (Forms.md) and task tracking docs
  • Redact session cookie from create_dental_form.py for security
  • Exclude embedded git repos (live_form/, yobi-form-builder/) via .gitignore
